<p>During the meeting, the two sides discussed means of enhancing cooperation.</p>
<p>Sheikh Faisal bin Qasim Al Thani, affirmed qba interest in exploring investment opportunities available in Romania and enhancing joint cooperation in several economic sectors.</p>
<p>Ilan Laufer pointed to the need for continuous communication between the two sides to diversify and deepen the fields of bilateral cooperation. </p>
<p>He also gave a detailed presentation on Romania’s business and investment environment, explaining the country’s economic fundamentals, which he said are the gateway to many neighboring markets in Eastern and Central Europe.</p>
<p>He also highlighted the investment incentives granted by his country to attract investors, adding that the stability of the economic and political conditions in the country and the presence of qualified and skilled labor are all factors that stimulate investment in Romania. He also stressed that the state achieved growth rates in GDP 5.8 percent for 2017 to become one of the fastest growing economies in the European Union.</p>
