<p>The Qatari Businessmen Association in its premises on the 20th of February 2007,an official delegation from Macedonia headed by H.E Zivko Jankuloski the Deputy president for Education and Agriculture in Macedonia and included H.E Gligor Tashkovich the Mcedonian Minister for foreign investment ,the diplomatic representative of Macedonia in qatar Mr.Abdulkadar Memedi,and the Advisor to the Minister Mr.Ferki Demirovski.</p>
<p>The delegation was received by Shk.Faisal Bin Qassim Al Thani QBA’s Chairman,and Mr.Bassam Massouh QBA’s General Manager .</p>
<p>The Macedonian delegation gave an explicit explanation about the economic climate and the advantages and benefits of investing in Macedonia.due to the economic policies implemented by the Macedonian government ,such as good taxation laws ,and the presence of free economic zone in which all economic and commercial projects are exempted of taxes along with the availability of skileed labour in the fields of construction,clothing,and agriculture.</p>
<p>The parties also discussed possible ways of economic cooperation and trade exchange in the fields of tourism and the exportation of agricultural products.</p>
<p>The Macedonian deputy president expressed his admiration of the economic development Qatar is witnessing due to the wise economic view oh his higness the prince of Qatar shk.Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani.H.E also expressed his appreciation of the role QBA plays in the development of the private sector and and its earnest efforts in promoting this sector in the global economic committees.</p>
<p>At the end of the meeting the parties exchanged memorial gifts and QBA’s chairman was invited to visit Macedonia in order to have an in depth preview of the investing opportunities present.</p>
